The fastest Spring & Pawl Engagement System in BMX! The Quad Hub features 150 ratchet teeth which engage every 2.4 degrees so what you get it is a super fast engaging hub. (You won't know it's not instant engagement!)
We provide 4 cog spacers which allow you to position the cog where it provides the best possible chain alignment. Hubset comes with a 16t cog but is designed to work with any Shimano compatible cog. Laced with 14G spokes and alloy nipples to 36H Rhythm Section Pro rims, extruded from 6061-T6 aluminum for strength and durability. Includes 16T chromoly cog and rim tape.
You can choose a 10mm or 20mm front axle (depending on the fork you have as you must have a 20mm fork to use the 20mm hub). The 20mm front axle comes with extra spacers so the hub will work with carbon or chromoly forks!
- 36H front hubs feature interchangeable front axles. You can use a standard 3/8" (10mm) axle or swap the axle out to a 20mm front axle. All with the same front hub!
- Fixed independent leaf spring/pawl system acting simultaneously when engaged
- Less resistance and less wear = a smoother rotating hub
